Zusammenfassung
Eine Phosphatidfraktion aus menschlichem Gehirn, die etwa aus 52% Kephalin, 35% Lecithin und 13% Inositphosphatid bestand, wurde in Wasser zur Quellung gebracht und mit OsO4- Dampfoder einer KMnO4-Lösung (6) fixiert. Die Entwässerung erfolgte in Alkohol und Aceton, die Einbettung in Methacrylat. Dünnschnitte dieses Materials wurden mit dem Elmiskop I untersucht.
