Abstract

The chapter analyzes a model of an oligopolistic resource market with continuous time parameter. I.e. the time horizon T will not be divided into distinct periods, at the beginning of which the strategies of the players are to be chosen, but the strategies have to be fixed initially for the whole period up to T. This procedure represents the transition from discrete time to continuous time by reducing the length of the subperiods arbitrarily (see chapter III, Definition 1).
