Abstract

EPIAIM is a knowledge-based system which is intended to assist doctors, health administrators and other people working in health services in designing and managing an epidemiological survey and in analyzing and interpreting the data collected within it. The research was financed by the Commission of European Communities AIM Project, and involved seven partners in different countries*.
