Zusammenfassung

Um die Pathogenese der mit vaskulärer Hypertrophie assoziierten genetischen Hypertonie zu klären, wurde in der vorliegenden Studie die Inkorporation von Aminosäure in das vaskuläre Protein altersstandardisierter normotensiver Ratten und hypertensiver Ratten, von denen einige eine blutdrucksenkende Behandlung hauptsächlich mit Clonidin erhielten, gemessen.
