Abstract
The adjustment of industrial structure is the key in transforming domestic-oriented economy to export-oriented economy and consequently the key in the national economic development. Improving foreign investment structure can help optimize a country’s industrial structure. Having described the important role and pointing out existing problems in foreign investment in our national economy, this paper analyzes the possible reasons affecting the rationalization of foreign investment and goes further to propose some feasible measures to improve foreign investment structure so as to optimize our industrial structure.
