Zusammenfassung

Eine Reihe von den in Kap. 2 behandelten Meßverfahren lassen sich auf den Tieftemperaturbereich ausdehnen, wie z. B. das akustische Thermometer (Abschn. 2.6.1) oder das Rauschthermometer (Abschn. 2.6.3). Mit den schon lange bekannten, speziell für den Bereich unterhalb von 20 K geeigneten Thermometern, wie Dampfdruck-, Widerstands- und Suszeptibilitätsthermometern, sind sehr genaue Messungen bis herab zu 50 mK mit guter Reproduzierbarkeit möglich.
