Zusammenfassung

Die 1982 erstmals beschriebene [1] und in den letzten Jahren zum sogenannten „Doppler-Flow-Mapping“ [5] weiterentwickelte transkranielle Doppler-Sonographie (TCD) erlaubt den direkten Nachweis intrakranieller Gefäßstenosen sowie zerebraler Kollateralkreisläufe.
