Zusammenfassung
In der Behandlung des lokal fortgeschrittenen oder/und metastasierten Nierenkarzinoms kommt die transfemorale Embolisation der Nierenarterie unter 2 unterschiedlichen Zielsetzungen in Frage (Tabelle 1): die Embolisation, der in kürzerem oder längerem Abstand die Tumornephrektomie folgt und die Embolisation als eigenständiger Eingriff (= definitive oder palliative Embolisation).
