Abstract
This book deals with the physiological bases of human posture and movement and their applications to athletic performance and motor disturbances in certain neurological disorders. The control of upright gait and bipedal stance is a specific function of the human motor system. It has been studied by mechanical, electromyographic (EMG) and electroencephalographic (EEG) methods.
