Zusammenfassung

Der Syntheseweg der Pyrimidinnukleotide und der entsprechenden Enzyme ist in den letzten Jahren intensiv untersucht worden [1–6].Die zytosolische, glutaminabhängige Carbamoylphosphatesynthetase (CPSase II, E.C. 6.3.5.5),die Aspartate-carbamoyltransferase (E.C. 2.1.3.2) und die Dihydroorotase (E.C. 3.5.2.3) sowie die Orotidine-5′-phosphate-pyrophosphate-phosphoribosyltransferase(OMPppase, E. C. 2.4.2.10) und die Orotidine-5′-phosphatedecarboxylase (E.C. 4.1.1.23)befinden sich im Zytosol in zwei Enzymkomplexen [7].
