Zusammenfassung

Cefoperazon und Cefotaxim sind zwei neue Derivate der 7-Amino-Cephalospo-ransäure mit großer Resistenz gegenüber hydrolysierenden β-Lactamasen und breitem antibakteriellen Spektrum [2, 9]. Während Cefotaxim eine sehr ausgeprägte antimikrobielle Aktivität besitzt [8] zeichnet sich Cefoperazon als Piperazinderivat durch eine gute Wirkung gegen Pseudonomas aeruginosa aus [7].
