Zusammenfassung

Seit langem ist es bekannt, daß gewisse Beziehungen zwischen Leber und endokrinem System existieren, da klinisch Fälle von Gonadeninsuffizienz bei der Lebercirrhose beschrieben worden sind. Meines Wissens stammt die erste Hinweisung einer Hodenatrophie in einem Falle von Lebercirrhose aus Trousseau 1861.
