Zusammenfassung

Es bestehen enge Beziehungen zwischen dem Auftreten eines Harnsteinleidens und dem primären Hyperparathyreoidismus. Bei 7% (Streubereich 1–17%) der Patienten mit Nierensteinen wird ein primärer Hyperparathyreoidismus diagnostiziert.
