Abstract

Man has to face the question of scarcity of available resources everyday. Resources always turn out not to be sufficient with human requirements, which are so wide to seem boundless1. Then men, when tackling this main economic problem, organise and pay attention mainly to two aspects strictly connected to each other: increasing and distribution of resources.
