Abstract
The previous chapters have treated an image as a single unit, emphasizing global image operations to prepare them for optimal reproduction. But it is often necessary to alter only parts of an image, to remove scratches or unwanted details, for example, or to create special effects. OneVision-Image’s “Retouching” and “Collage” tools are designed for such local image operations.
