Zusammenfassung

Zu Beginn der Fertigung muß sich das FFS in einem Zustand befinden, der die physische Aufnahme der Produktion erlaubt. Die zu fertigenden Teile müssen bekannt sein und sich am Systemeingang logisch in Wartestellung befinden. Paletten, Vorrichtungen, Transporteinrichtungen, NC-Programme und die für die einzelnen Operationen benötigten Maschinen müssen verfügbar sein. Alle erforderlichen Werkzeuge sollten zum richtigen Zeitpunkt im entsprechenden Magazin vorhanden sein. Die Schaffung dieser Fertigungsvoraussetzungen wird durch die Initialisierung des Systems erreicht.
