  • Chapter
The Thymus

Abstract

The growth and repopulation of thymus grafts will be discussed in some detail as the analysis of thymus graft behaviour has given important information on the regulation of the growth and mitotic activity of thymic lymphoid tissues—information which is essential if the process of leukaemogenesis in the thymus is to be fully understood.
