Abstract

In many instances it is very desirable to store information in a data-base using natural language. As a matter of fact, linguistic variables are key issues in fuzzy data-bases. The complexity of the analysis in retrieving this kind of information may be reduced because, in general, a restricted subset (jargon) of the natural language is used to describe the contents of the data-base. The present paper presents a procedure to recover this jargon. Some examples about how to use this jargon to retrive information from the data-base are presented.
