Abstract
It has been about 15 years since the first CO2 lasers were used in laparotomy during tubal microsurgery operations. It was the Clermont school of Bruhat [1] which pioneered in this field and demonstrated the usefulness of the laser beam through an operating microscope to obtain a precise cut and microhemostasis.
