Abstract
Intrauterine hysteroscopic diagnosis has opened up completely new avenues for endosurgical treatment of intrauterine disorders. Newly developed instruments and special adaptions of endosurgical instruments from other disciplines provide for a still rapidly expanding range of surgical possibilities in the uterine cavity.
