Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die häufigsten Verletzungen an Bändern und Kapsel beleuchtet. Neben der grossen medialen Valgusinstabilität werden die verschiedenen Schweregrade der Bandverletzungen und die Lokalosation der Risse ebenso behandelt wie die therapeutischen Möglichkeiten. Hier stehen vor allem das operative Verfahren und die unterschieldichen Zugangs- und Rekonstruktionsmöglichkeiten im Vordergrund.
