Zusammenfassung

Ein umfangreicher Algorithmus erleichtert die Indikationsstellung für die deformitätsbezogenen Operationstechniken zur Behandlung des Hallux-valgus-Komplexes. Der distale Weichteileingriff im Bereich des ersten Metatarsophalangealgelenks wird ebenso beschrieben wie diverse Osteotomien am Metatarsale I (subkapital, diaphysär und proximal). Knöcherne Eingriffe am Großzehengrundgelenk bei Hallux rigidus finden in einem Abschnitt Berücksichtigung und umfassen die Cheilektomie sowie die Resektionsarthroplastik des Großzehengrundgelenks. Im Bereich der Großzehe selbst werden auch varisierende und dorsalextendierende Phalangenosteotomien der Grundphalanx sowie die Arthrodese des ersten Interphalangealgelenks besprochen.
