Zusammenfassung

Zu den Urachusanomalien werden der persistierende Urachus (intermittierender Ausfluss am Nabel), die Urachuszyste (häufig erst symptomatisch bei Infektion), ein Urachussinus (rezidivierende Omphalitiden) und das vesikourachale Divertikel (selten symptomatisch, möglich sind aber Restharnbildung, HWI oder Blasensteine) gezählt. Während beim vesikourachalen Divertikel selten ein chirurgischer Eingriff nötig wird, sollten die anderen Urachusanomalien exzidiert werden.
