Zusammenfassung

Fallbeispiel Marianne Kopf arbeitet seit drei Jahren in einer großen Werbeagentur in Berlin. Nach dem Praktikum war sie zunächst als freie Mitarbeiterin für die Agentur tätig, beendete ihr Grafik-Design-Studium und wurde anschließend fest angestellt. Da sie bereits auf mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Agentur zurückblicken konnte, erhoffte sie sich, schon bald in Projekten mit größerem Verantwortungsbereich eingesetzt zu werden.
