Zusammenfassung
Der entscheidende prognostische Faktor beim Ertrinken ist die Länge der zerebralen Hypoxie und evtl. die Temperatur des Wassers. Insbesondere bei Wassertemperaturen unter 6°C ist auch nach einer längeren (<30 min) Immersionszeit ein Überleben möglich.
