Zusammenfassung
Unter Anlagestörungen verstehen wir die irreversiblen strukturellen Defekte infolge einer – meist kurzfristigen – Störung des in Entwicklung befindlichen Nervensystems. Da die fetale und embryonale Entwicklung in den verschiedenen Teilen des Nervensystems zeitlich versetzt abläuft, liegen während der Entwicklung unreife neben ausgereiften Strukturen vor. Von der Störung ist immer die in Entwicklung befindliche Hirnstruktur betroffen, während benachbarte Strukturen unberührt sein können.
