Zusammenfassung
Die ersten Lebensminuten von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe sind für einen Kinderarzt und besonders den spezialisierten Neugeborenenintensivmediziner eine bemerkenswerte und äußerst lehrreiche Lektion einer alternativen Akutmedizin; die sozialmedizinischen Konsequenzen, die aus den Geburtsumständen abgeleitet wurden, kann man in unserer heutigen Nomenklatur als eine entscheidende Maßnahme zur Qualitätsverbesserung ansehen:
Am 28. August 1749, Mittags mit dem Glockenschlage Zwölf, kam ich in Frankfurt am Main auf die Welt. Die Konstellation war glücklich, die Sonne stand im Zeichen der Jungfrau, und culminierte für den Tag. Jupiter und Saturn blickten sich freundlich an, Mercur nicht widerwärtig.
