Zusammenfassung
Bauwerke sind komplexe Unikatprodukte, die in einer Unikatfabrik, der Baustelle, mit vielen Beteiligten erstellt werden. Die elementaren Fertigungsabläufe sind zwar meistens gleich, aber ihre Anordnung im gesamten Fertigungsprozess ist sehr individuell. Einzelne Fertigungsketten wiederholen sich im Prinzip, sind jedoch durch eine individuelle Ausprägung gekennzeichnet. Es ist daher naheliegend, Bauprozesse als ein Konfigurationsproblem anzusehen, was aber durch die hohe Komplexität einen holistischen Ansatz erfordert. Der Schwerpunkt der wissensbasierten Prozesskonfiguration liegt auf der Anwendung unterschiedlicher Konfigurationswissensarten, die sich aus der Kombination von Referenzprozessmodellen, d. h. Prozessmustern, sowie Ontologien und Regeln zusammensetzt.
Auf Basis von regelbasierten, globalen Referenzprozessmodellen wird mithilfe von Strategieregeln ein prinzipieller Bauprozess in Topdown Vorgehensweise entworfen, der durch lokale Referenzprozessmodelle für die elementaren Aktivitäten detailliert wird. Durch eine intelligente Schnittstelle zu Multimodellen erfolgt eine hoch automatisierte Versorgung des Prozesskonfigurators mit Informationen über Bauwerk, Ressourcen, Zeit und Kosten.
