Abstract
The European Information Exchange Model (EIXM) refers to SIRENE, ENUs and Interpol National Central Bureaux as the main channels for cross-border information exchange. Police authorities may also exchange information directly, on the basis of the Council Framework Decision 2006/960/JHA, or bilateral agreements among the Member States concerned.
