Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff der Harnröhrenstriktur bezieht sich im Allgemeinen auf die Erkrankung der anterioren Urethra oder eine Vernarbung des Corpus spongiosum im Sinne einer Spongiofibrose, welche zu einer Einengung des urethralen Lumens führen kann. Obgleich die Entstehung einer Harnröhrenstriktur initial asymptomatisch sein kann, geht der Prozess typischerweise mit Symptomen des unteren Harntraktes, wie einer Abschwächung des Harnstrahls, Restharngefühl und Drangsymptomatik, einher.
