Abstract
Evaluation of operation command capacity for growing cadre students position training is the process of measuring, analyzing, and comparing by the scientific index system and the effective method. On the basis of analyzing, the problem in evaluation of operation command capacity for growing cadre students position training, the significance, principle, method, and process of evaluation of operation command capacity for growing cadre students position training is proposed. It provides a clear aim for students, a reliable method for academy to evaluate operation command capacity for growing cadre students, and a reliable gist for ameliorating train project and optimizing course setting.
