Abstract
After analyzing the feature and concept of industry cluster and simply summarizing the application of BSC on the performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management, we explore the application of BSC on the performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management inner industry cluster from the perspective of improving industry cluster competitive and put forward a the performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management system combining industry and the feature of BSC. The results in this study will provide a new and effective method for the performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management within clusters.
