Zusammenfassung
Als »operative Kolposkopie« wird der Einsatz des Kolposkops bei der ablativen oder destruktiven Behandlung von zervikalen, vaginalen und vulvären Präkanzerosen bezeichnet. Im Folgenden werden die verschiedenen Verfahren der Messerkonisation, der Hochfrequenzchirurgie, der Kryochirurgie und der CO2-Laservaporisation beschrieben sowie Hinweise zur Beurteilung des Operationserfolgs bei plattenepithelialen und glandulären Präkanzerosen gegeben.
