Zusammenfassung

Durch den Widerstand, der den stärkeren Armmuskeln entgegengesetzt wird, kommt es zu einem Irradiationseffekt hinsichtlich der schwächeren Muskulatur in allen Körperteilen. Dadurch ist es möglich, über den Einsatz der Armpatterns schwache Muskeln im übrigen Körper zu erreichen bzw. zu fazilitieren.
