Abstract
The photoelectrons are emitted into the vacuum with the information on energy, momentum (wave vector) as well as spin. The counting rate in the angle integrated photoelectron spectroscopy is orders of magnitude higher than that in the angle resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES).
