Abstract
Algorithms define computation processes, while biorhythms constitute the dynamic of life. This chapter aims at showing the links between these two concepts, by giving examples where biorhythms can be described by suitable algorithms. Metabolismis the starting point of the analysis we develop, but the metabolic perspective is generalized in many directions, and a methodology is introduced for algorithmically solving dynamical inverse problems. The chapter is mostly based on the author’s published papers (see References for Chapter 3).
