Research on the University Students’ Self-Regulated Learning Ability in the Sports Teaching

Abstract

Research on the states in self-regulated learning ability for the university students in the sports teaching currently with the self-regulated learning theory in the method of questionnaire survey and statistics. The results show that there are some differences between the male and female students in the level of self-regulated learning ability, and on the overall, the boys are superior to the girls, then it needs the teachers to provide some macroeconomic regulations and guidance in them from the gender perspective training to enhance all the students/self-regulated learning ability.
