Zusammenfassung

Der Kopplungsgrad humeroulnarer Endoprothesen nimmt im Detail Einfluß auf die operative Technik und ihre Besonderheiten. Deshalb sind in diesem Kapitel neben den chirurgischen Zugangswegen für die Implantation einer Ellenbogenprothese die Operationstechniken für ungekoppelte, halbgekoppelte und gekoppelte Prothesen und Partialprothesen getrennt dargestellt. Die wichtigsten Prothesenmodelle werden beispielhaft präsentiert.

Inhaltliche Überschneidungen sind dabei nicht nur unvermeidbar, sondern sie erscheinen durchaus wertvoll, geben sie doch den unterschiedlichen persönlichen Erfahrungen und Einschätzungen der Autoren Ausdruck.
