In der Luftfahrt haben sich in der Flugzeuginstandhaltung vielfach angelsächsische Begriffe durchgesetzt. So spricht man im Zusammenhang mit Flugzeuginstandhaltung auch vom MRO, d. h. von Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
