Zusammenfassung
Die reine Ermittlung und Darstellung von Kennzahlen hat bereits einen großen Einfluss auf das Verhalten der beteiligten Akteure. Dieser Einfluss lässt sich durch die Etablierung von Anreizsystemen erweitern. Durch die Verknüpfung von operativen Kennzahlen – am besten strukturiert entlang der Dimensionen der P-BSC – und persönlichen Vergütungsmodellen entsteht ein geschlossenes Feedback-System zur Steuerung von Einkäufern, Beschaffungsorganisationen und Lieferanten. Wie diese Anreizsysteme ausgestaltet sein können, wird im Folgenden vorgestellt.
