Abstract

In the current work the overall guidelines of two projects which intend to reach the highest quality with reduced costs have been established. These main goals are stated and can be modified as there is a progression in the search of contents, setting-up of a stylebook, analysis of communicability, setting-up of quality attributes in regard to context, making of online and offline multimedia systems for a correct spread of cultural and natural heritage of the geographical areas, starting from its early settlers.
