Live Steam Temperature Control Loop for 1035 t/h Benson Boiler

Abstract

The paper presents the methods for process analyzing to determine optimal parameters of the control loops using the advantages of distributed control systems. The processes at the coal fired boilers are the most complex and very difficult to model by analytical methods. The paper reveals an example for using the step response method to determine the mathematical model of the live steam temperature control – 1035 t/h Benson boiler – Rovinari Power Plant.
