Transforming Vehicles into e-government ’Cloud Computing’ Nodes

Abstract

Nowadays sophisticated vehicles can become autonomous e-government service providers by viewing them as “G-Cloud computing” nodes. By using web services technologies vehicles can offer e-government cloud computing services.
