Abstract
The GORITE kernel offers all the core functionality that its predecessors in the BDI lineage have provided, albeit packaged differently. However, the reason for the development of GORITE was not to develop yet another BDI system, but to build a framework that supports the exploration of the team programming paradigm in real world applications and is grounded in the BDI model.
