Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel behandelt Indikationsstellung, Technik und Ergebnisse der CT‑gesteuerten Nephrostomie, die in domo nach gescheiterten ultraschallgesteuerten Nephrostomieversuchen eingesetzt wird. So ist bei einem nicht dilatierten Nierenbeckenkelchsystem (NBKS) eine Nephrostomaanlage durchleuchtungs- oder ultraschallgesteuert bei etwa 15 % technisch nicht erfolgreich [5] [6]. C. Sommer beschrieb nach Analyse der Ergebnisse in domo die CT‑gesteuerte Nephrostomie als Alternative, wenn die routinemäßige durchleuchtungs- oder ultraschallgesteuerte Nephrostomie misslingt oder bei Patienten mit komplexer anatomischer Situation (ektope Nierenlage, Coloninterposition, Adipositas permagna, postoperative Patienten mit frischen, nicht verheilten Operationszugängen sowie kritische Intensivpatienten) [7].
