Abstract

The Pre-Trial Chamber confirmed that Katanga and Chui were aware from August 2002–May 2003 of the factual circumstances that constituted an armed conflict of an international character and that from August 2002–May 2003, they were aware also of “the nexus between the common plan to “wipe out” the Bogoro village and the armed conflict taking place in Ituri.
