Abstract
Visual C + + is object-oriented visual programming language. This article discusses the use of Visual C + + development tools to quickly build a digital image processing system, and the related issues on the input, display and processing of the digital image. Practice has proved that the system has real time, friendly interface and simple operation, suitable for building experimental platform of digital image processing for the continuous development of digital image processing technology and universities.
