Zusammenfassung
Im abschließenden Kapitel werden Inhalte der Kapitel des Buches zueinander in Beziehung gesetzt und Schlussfolgerungen für die künftige Forschung und die psychosoziale Praxis gezogen. Da chronische körperliche Erkrankungen nicht nur das körperliche und psychische Befi nden beeinträchtigen, sondern auch vielfältige Auswirkung auf die körperliche und psychosoziale Entwicklung haben können (7 Kap. 1), ist eine interdisziplinäre Betreuung wichtig. Aus diesem Grund wurden im vorliegenden Buch Vertreter verschiedener Disziplinen (Medizin, Psychologie, Erziehungswissenschaft) zusammengebracht.
