Wenn Kinder und Jugendliche körperlich chronisch krank sind

Zusammenfassung

Den Ausgangspunkt des Beitrags bildet ein Prozessmodell zum Zusammenhang zwischen chronischen körperlichen Erkrankungen und der Anpassung von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Darauf aufbauend werden Grundfragen zur klinisch-psychologischen Diagnostik und Behandlungsplanung formuliert und drei Module zur Förderung des Krankheits- und Selbstmanagements beschrieben.
