Zusammenfassung
Eine qualitativ hochwertige und dabei ästhetisch befriedigend gelöste photographische Dokumentation sollte angestrebt werden. Für gute Photographien ist es eine Grundvoraussetzung, eine möglichst hochwertige digitale Ausrüstung anzuschaffen und konsequent zu nutzen. So oft wie möglich sollte beim Photographieren eine Studioblitzanlage in Verbindung mit einem der jeweiligen Situation angepassten neutralen Hintergrund eingesetzt werden. Ziel des Photographen sollte sein, nicht nur gute Bildresultate zu erzielen, sondern auch die Prozedur des Photographierens für den Patienten so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für eine möglichst hohe Vergleichbarkeit und Arbeitseffizienz in der Bilddokumentation besteht die Notwendigkeit zur Standardisierung.
